Important bug fix has been made to our website for forgotten password support

We want to inform all our users that we discovered a bug in our online system which prevented some from successfully logging in. When a user forgets their password, the system offers to send a token to reset the password by email. It did do that much, and sent emails etc. However, when the user attempted to reset the password online, the system refused and indicated that the token had expired however little time had elapsed. This was a bug in a third party software functionality which was fixed, and now this is fixed on our system. Therefore, if you are one of our users, and need to reset your password, please do it now and it will work. We apologize for the inconvenience that this must have caused.
